Maria Medici is the strong-willed illegitimate Stark hotel heir’s daughter whom cannot be ignored for her business savvy. She’s managed Rome’s family hotel as if it were her own. Recently engaged to one of Italy’s elites she’s settling for status rather than love. Once again Spencer evolves into ‘protector mode’, and with the help of his cousin brings Maria back to safety.

Maria never expects her ‘knight in shining armor’ to be the swoony-alpha Texan, no less her boss.  But his unconditional love is what she’s longed for and never thought she’d find.
